NEW YORK – October 17, 2017 – Investis, a leading digital communications company, today announced the acquisition of Phoenix-based digital marketing agency ZOG Digital. The move expands the ability of Investis to provide integrated corporate communications solutions to the world’s most successful companies.
ZOG Digital, founded in 2011, provides key digital marketing services, including search engine optimization, content strategy, paid media and social marketing. Notable clients amongst many others, include Whirlpool, Fruit of the Loom, Wyndham Vacation Rentals and Del Monte.
The acquisition will further enhance the corporate communications services provided by Investis, including strategic delivery of targeted content to key stakeholders, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement and acquisition.
Investis, headquartered in London, has more than 500 employees globally. With the ZOG Digital acquisition, the company’s US presence will grow to over 100 employees, split between Phoenix and the company’s US headquarters in New York City.

Scales and ZOG Digital founder/CEO Jeff Herzog are no strangers. Herzog previously founded and was CEO of global digital marketing company iCrossing. Scales joined as president and later took over as CEO. The company grew to become the largest independent digital marketing company in the US before it was acquired by Hearst Magazines in 2010.
